DMCA Policy

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the right to file a counter-notification under Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. A counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following elements:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Please provide the URL(s) or other specific identification of the material before its removal or disabling of access.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sturm Der Liebe 4559 Ard Mediathek may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
